Reception question time!

We had some delightful visitors from reception come to nursery this afternoon to talk to us about reception next year. They explained some of the similarities and differences for us. Our nursery cohort will be very well prepared.

End of year events

Hi all

On Wednesday morning we will have a little dancing and party/play for the class. We will do the same on Friday, as well as having a film and some popcorn. This is to make sure both halves of the week get a good send off!

We are not asking for any donations of food and drink. Too often we have so much food left over and wasted, so I’d like to avoid that this year. If you feel you need to donate some food, there are local food banks which would definitely appreciate a tin or two. We also are not needing parents to come in to help.

Regarding water pistols/”water fights” which are not allowed in school, I want to assure you that we have plenty of water play fun with the hose pipe keeping the kids cool! 😎 😎 😎 🌞 🌞 🌞
